What makes the Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Desert Ochre’ so special?
At first glance, this modification to Nike Dunk Low may appear simple; however, closer examination reveals otherwise. Sock liners adorned with traditional “Nike SB” branding have been changed out for images depicting road traffic barriers with all-purpose putty being applied directly over its openings; suede and canvas play into “do-it-yourself” aesthetic and provide for “do it yourself” inspiration of the shoe. Pull tabs at the top and stash pockets on its underside add utilitarian touches, while sole units underfoot opt for tonal off-white for optimal visual effect of shoe upper construction.
