Contrary to some models, like those of Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan 4, the Air Jordan 14 has only a handful of colors each year. 2023 is definitely no one of them, as ‘Laney’ marks the model’s sole appearance of the summer.

Why you should cop the Air Jordan 14 ‘Laney’

This Air Jordan 14 ‘Laney’ is not a brand first-time release, as the first time it was released in 1999, as the low-top. In addition to the differences in height, the 2023 version is an exact copy of its predecessor. A nod to MJ’s high school is visible on the shoes’ blues, which are added to the nubuck that covers both the profile and the heel. A few hints of yellow add a touch of color to round out the homage, while accentuating on the Jumpman brand logo as well as the Jordan tab which rest on top of the blacked out tongue and toe box as well as the tongue.
