We’re just five months into this year, and yet we’re seeing glimpses of the 2024 Spring lineup that will be available from Air Jordan. Rumors suggest an updated version of the iconic Air Jordan 1 silhouette, scheduled to release in the coming year. The shoes will be reportedly sporting the new color combination: ‘Yellow Ochre’, ‘Black’, and ‘Sail’.

What makes the Air Jordan 1 High OG ‘Yellow Ochre’ so special?

The color blocking of the pair hasn’t been revealed via in-hand or official images, but the sneaker is likely to sport an almost classic design. The toeboxes and side swooshes ankle flaps and the lower panels of the heel could feature a signature ‘Yellow Ochre’ flair, and the rest of the upper is set to sport an eerie dark finish, which is reminiscent of those of the Jordan 1’s initial ‘Black/Varsity Red’ and ‘Black/Royal’ styles. The midsoles are thought to sport some slight yellow hue, which coincides to this ‘Neo-vintage’ trend seen across many of the Jumpman’s loved retros from the last three years. The outsoles complete the look with a vibrant ‘Yellow Ochre’ flair.

When is the ‘Yellow Ochre’ set to release?

The release date of this sneaker is yet to be announced, bur rumors suggest that these will be releasing somewhere in spring 2024. They will cost you $180 USD just as every other Jordan 1 High. They will be releasing via Nike and select Jordan brand retailer, which we will add when we know more about this release.
