Nike’s college PE’s have served for countless of general releases for Jordan brand over the past few years, with an annual Jordan 5 most of the time. From the Michigan or Oregon colorways to the latest UNC colorway, Jordan is cycling through their colleges that they sponsor. And for the latest one to release and be added to the list, it will be the ‘Georgetown’.

What makes the Air Jordan 5 SE ‘Georgetown’ so special?

This colorway is inspired by the PE (player exclusive) pair of the sponsored school. All of Nike’s sponsored schools and sports teams have some PE exclusive which are not being released for the general public so obtaining one of those is very hard. That is why Jordan brand and Nike sometimes release one that is a little bit different to the general public. With this time it being the ‘Georgetown’ 5’s. This clean pair is made of nubuck in the color midnight navy, also the midsole is colored in midnight navy. The outsole is as always on the Jordan 5 translucent, so expect to have an icy outsole with this one, plus 3M on the tongue.
